We are so grateful to have had Nicole cross our path and sell our mothers home. It was a very emotional time for us, a big family home, mum had been in for 20 years plus, lots of family memories. Her contacts and solid relationships with independent contractors eg: plasterers, building inspectors, and the like meant that we had quick and easy access to quality trades people to help in our preparation for sale. If she didn’t know someone or something of relevance she did her homework and came right back to us. Her communication was exemplary - always positive and genuine. We truely could not have had better support, integrity, and highly informed and skilled salesmanship. We will always go back to her if selling another house and highly recommend Nicole to anyone wanting to sell their own or a loved ones home.
