From the beginning Mary was confident she would sell our house for a good price. Once she had presented us with a good offer and taken a counter offer back to the purchasers, that was accepted, she was relentless in removing any obstacle that was slowing down the unconditional sale. Mary is very easy to deal with and that certainly make the sales process less painful. Almost impossible to believe that three weeks after putting our house on the market we were moving into our new home.

Mary is a very professional and hard working real estate agent. She began by bringing information to us on the statistics of recent house sales in Northwood. Advice was given of the various methods of sale and it was our decision to take the option of a deadline sale.
