Barry and Nicole were tasked to sell my late father's home in Kaiapoi. Their Stager dressed the home incredibly, they did an amazing job. Next using another member of their team we had the house exterior washed top to bottom, again an amazing job well done. They organized the open homes and online media, kept us informed with their online reporting and emails throughout from the beginning until the Sold sign went up. We chose One Agency because we liked their way of selling homes using their platform system and not the usual auction system. We could see the offers come in and had the opportunity to think over all the details before advising our agents our decision. Barry and Nicole work well as a team and were able to answer all our questions and queries we had and were always professional throughout the whole process, we would recommend enlisting these guys should you be thinking of buying or selling.

I would absolutely 100% recommend Lana to anyone without a doubt! She knows exactly what she is doing at every step of the process and thoroughly cares about everything being as precise and efficiently done as it possibly can be. The communication was incredible. She informed me of how many groups attended the open homes and what their reactions were within minutes of the open homes finishing. Every one of them were contacted regardless of how much interest they showed. Her advice is based on over 10 years of experience and being on my own it was an enormous help to me. However, she always encouraged me to make my own final decisions which was exactly what I wanted/ needed. She is a naturally driven, strong and determined lady who knows how get the best results for her clients. I will never use anyone else and have already recommended her to close friends. After seeing how she works I highly doubt you would find an agent that works as hard and efficiently as she does.

Gavin was a warm,thoughtful and courteous agent who was open and honest and dealt immediately with any concerns that I might have had. I had not experienced the Deadline Sale method in Real Estate before and I was impressed by how much it reduced the stress of buying/selling and that we had certainty of our purchase acceptance within 5 days. He responded immediately to any communication I needed to have with him and guided me through all the paperwork with grace. I was even welcome to drop into their office to have them sort out an on-line problem I was getting anxious about which at my age was very welcome and stress reducing. I felt I had a real professional working with me and felt personally included in all details. A truly top level experience and I recommend him highly.
