Alan is a very friendly and knowledgeable realtor. We looked at several realtors before signing with Alan, as soon as we met him we were put at ease that we found the right person to sell our home for top dollar. He was the only realtor that appreciated the effort, detail and time we put into our house renovations and marketed it accordingly. Whole process was easy and he is such a lovely person to both the seller and buyer. I would highly recommend.

I was renovating & selling a property from the UK which wasn't without its challenges. I cannot imagine how difficult the whole process would have been without Barry. He was the epitome of calm, measured, efficient, helpful throughout. I was also struck by Barry's integrity. I never felt pushed or led. Instead, Barry always laid out my options with care and transparency and left the decision-making to me. He filled in so many spaces too - arranging quotes, overseeing the installation of a new heating system, assisting solicitors on both sides, just over and above. I couldn't recommend Barry more highly. I met his partner, Nicole, at the very beginning and interacted with her by email on numerous occasions.
