Matthew handled both the sale and purchase of both properties with professional acumen - his willingness to take on a bespoke property and well known dwelling by a renown architect was advertised appropriately with excellent information and photography. The photography deserves a special mention as the images captured the sensitivity of the aesthetic nature of the materials used in the construction methods of the house. Matthew's energy and attention to his clients was 110% - nothing was a problem either by request for viewing times or searching out any relevant documentation to satisfy clients needs. Communication was particularly evidenced in his ability to deal with both a house sale and also a purchase for us at the same time with ease and commitment by achieving two successful outcomes.
