EXCELLENT SERVICE. EXCELLENT RESULT

We contacted Carolien after a flyer was posted in our mailbox. We met and discussed our plans. Carolien gave us options and her knowledge of what was happening in the market. Carolien saw the house prior to the reno and gave guidance as to what buyers look for etc. We took the lead from Carolien regarding the timeline to complete our reno and the marketing option that was best for our Mosgiel property. Carolien kept us informed throughout the entire process. she was always professional, timely with corrospondance and feedback. when she said something would be done it was. We had the property sold within 2 weeks of it hitting the market at a price that was acceptable for us. Highly recommend Carolien and will be listing our other property with her in the future. Going above and beyond, everyday!

Sharon has been nothing short of a guardian angel when it has come to supporting me and helping with the sale of my house. She is always there, easy to talk with and is willing to jump in and do what needs to be done to get something over the line. She knows Waikouaiti inside and out and I have been able to rely on her every step of the way. I couldn't recommend anyone more than Sharon - she is truly incredible!

Genuine, proactive and friendly

We had a great experience working with Carissa while we bought a house sight unseen! Carissa met with my dad and brother who looked at the house for us and she kept in close contact throughout. She was upfront about any issues with the house and how the deadline sale process would work. When we were negotiating with the vendors there was no undue pressure or tricky negotiating tactics. Come settlement she made the process seamless and made us feel very welcome in our new community. Would definitely recommend Carissa to a friend or family member.
