Awesome Experience. Can't go wrong with Chris and Kes

Laura goes above and beyond

Laura was incredible throughout the process of selling our home and buying another. She works unbelievably hard and always made herself available to answer questions, offer advice or keep us updated, no matter how busy she was. Having dealt with Laura as both buyers and sellers, we got to experience firsthand how fair, honest and dedicated she is on both sides. We even met the buyer of our old home afterwards, who had equally wonderful things to say about her! What really stands out about Laura is that she gets great results through honesty, fairness and genuinely looking after everyone involved. She builds trust rather than applying pressure, and we think that's what makes her such a fantastic agent. We couldn't be happier with how everything worked out!

Professional and friendly through out the whole experience.

I can`t thank Chloe enough for instigating and guiding me through an emotional time of selling the family home. Chloe went above and beyond what I expected from my agent always friendly,patient and never pressuring me. I`ll never really know how much work she put in behind the scenes but it was heaps. Her knowledge of the market and negotiating skill are second to none. Thanks Chloe for making this so easy for me

Minimized stress and genuine support.

From the get go, Chris was both clear and professional in his dealings with me - no question on my part was 'dumb' and information was transparent at all times. I felt like I was a part of the process to whatever degree I felt comfortable. His market knowledge was sound and his negoitation skills had my best interests at the fore front. Based on our reasons for selling, Chris showed an empathetic and genuine care in all our interactions, and went beyond what his role entailed. No hesitations in referrring him to others!
