Laura was incredible throughout the process of selling our home and buying another. Carolien was very professional right from the initial appointment before listing with her marketing knowledge and market analysis/ aprasil , right until our sale became unconditional. Because we were residing out of town, communication was a little more complicated/challenging and she managed this well and kept us up to date regularly and in a timely manor. Carolien went the extra mile to stage our house prior to the open homes she ran. Our daughter was living in the house at the time and had not always fully tidied the house. Carolien stepped up to do this for us. Much appreciated. Carolien also went beyond her duty in speaking with lawyers , mortgage brokers, insurance and her team NIDD/ Supervisor with aspects of our sales agreements. Caroline was very capable of negotiating our sale agreements and the amendments to them to our advantage. Carolien worked really hard to sell our place with strong marketing after the initial marketing period expired and while our first offer was still conditional continued to work for us and was able to bring anther offer to the table at a agreeable price. From a vendors point of view, Carolien was pleasant and not pushy and easy to deal with. We Strongly recommend Carolien.

We met Laura by chance at an open home when we were browsing the market approximately a year ago. We remained in contact and developed a rapport, this gave us the confidence in her, for the selling of our own home. Laura is an excellent communicator and problem solver. Laura gave us a number of great contacts to have a shower replaced which we found out was not consented. Also issues with a load bearing wall which caused all parties a small headache for a time but was resolved. This was all done whilst we were travelling overseas. I would Highly recommend Laura for selling and buying a home. If we were to go through this process again we would definitely use her. Thanks Laura!!

With a desire to achieve a good result quickly getting the property in front of buyers is the first step. When comparing the experiences that neighbours have experienced with recent listings using other agents I believe that Taylor and Strong nailed it. Massive numbers through open homes and a successful sale on deadline is the evidence I base that belief on. Lots of communication throughout our marketing campaign gave me a sense not only of how things were shaking out, but also that they were putting care and thought into the interactions they were having with buyers.
