Honest and reliable he goes the extra mile to get the job done.

As a vendor, I have nothing but praise for our agent Steve. Most importantly, he got us a good price in a very short time. My partner and I liked his old school style, warm and friendly with plenty of time to hear our views and modify the marketing or any other issue to match our thoughts. On several occasions he would say "you know I will look after your place don't you" and he certainly did after we had vacated and right up to settlement. This was a big point of difference with his opposition and was greatly appreciated. My partner enjoyed being involved as an equal, another of Steve's strengths. So I have no hesitation in recommending Steve as your agent and find myself nodding agreement when reading all the other glowing reviews. Thank you Steve.

Above and Beyond Service

Steve exceeded our expectations. He is a great communicator keeping us well informed of what was happening in the market and providing progress reports on how the house showings were progressing. He has a great sense of humour which helps to relieve what at times was a stressful experience with not being on site. As absentee sellers he went above and beyond assisting us with getting the house listed and looking after the property while it was on the market. We highly recommend him to others.
