Outstanding!
We were initially concerned with our ability to sell in a timely manner based on consultation with another agent in a nearby town. We were given Joel's number from a friend and decided 'why not'. We had our expectations exceeded as he truly understands this area and the needs of his clients both the purchasers and the vendors. He had excellent communication throughout and was professional and got us matched with the perfect buyer for our situation. Also, VERY fast sale, having a verbal offer immediately following our first and only viewing. I believe this comes from his history in farming and local knowledge and using all the tools in his toolbox to achieve the best outcome. If every sale was as hassle free as this I would consider becoming an agent myself. Thank you heaps Joel and the team, obviously we couldn't have done this without you!

Smooth sailing sale
