Although my son's acted upon my behalf with the purchasing and dealings with Joel, they found him very easy to communicate with and would follow up on any enquiries they had re: the land in a timely manner. My son's would of had heaps of questions before presenting me with the all go to purchase. I do believe that Joel is suited to his profession and would highly recommend him for those wishing to purchase as he definitely knows his surroundings and the commumity in which he resides. Buying a house while based overseas was expected to have a few challenges, but found quite the opposite working with Paula. From the initial weekend e-mail advising our interest, there was a prompt response, quickly dealt with few questions and got S&P in place and presented in quick time. We decided to list with Joel after purchasing some land he had listed for sale. During the purchase process Joel was extremely helpful, friendly and down to earth. He was regularly in communication with us keeping us informed as things progressed and we could clearly see that he had developed a really good relationship with the Vendor of the land. So all of these things made us feel like he was someone we could really trust and we felt certain he was the right person to list our house for sale with. While selling our property Joel exhibited the same great qualities as he had during our Purchase of the land.
