The property market is without a doubt a daunting place to enter and having joel help us through it has far exeded our expectations of a relastate salesman from the start to the finish his help has been more then we can express in gratitude. The property was in the process of getting subdivided so it was a complex sale from the start and his communication through out this process made the sale possible we can honestly say we are unsure if it would of gone through to the finish with out the help of joel. the process of waiting for tittle to come through was lengthy and joel very happily kept us updated with progress from the owner wich was reassuring and comforting to know that we weren't forgotten. It is very rare indeed in this day and age to met some one that is so passionate for the work they do and you have honestly blown us away with the help and support you have provided through out this process. thank you.
