Excellent and very approachable

Friendly down to earth guy!
Joel was an amazing agent. He helped us all the way through the selling process of our land and was there for us with any questions we may have had. Joel is a great and hardworking agent .
Joel was engaged by the vendor of our property to achieve a sale. He did that very skillfully through his excellent communication skills and hardwork. As purchaser he was available to answer our questions honestly. What he didn't know he followed up and came back to us with what we needed.I never felt any of our interaction was difficult . I felt real confidence in him even though he was acting for the vendor . Our purchase price as my valuer mate/advisor su laughed and said"we would be the talk of the pub" The vendor was certainly pleased I will certainly be using Joel of I buy poor sell in the Far North Again

Nothing is too much trouble
Paula is extremely proactive, after having our first chat, we had all our information and surrounding area information sent through and on hand. The reports supplied are as in depth or as little as you want them to be. Her knowledge of the area is great and informative. Paula went through everything with us, no questions unanswered, if she doesn't answer the phone straight away, she gets back to you very promptly. Paula's happiness on your success is very infectious, we would definitely work with Paula again and recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

I am more than a little impressed with Paula. During this difficult time of Covid, I wished to buy a house sight unseen,up in the Far North. Paula interacted with my family giving them all the relevant details to the extent that I had no hesitation in requesting her to present an offer to the Vendors. Which was accepted. No stress and effortless
I was looking at a lifestyle block in Northland...I found Joel had good knowledge of the market and his background in farming was very handy when it came to what I could do with the property I viewed...Joel was very forthcoming in any questions I asked and was easy to work with....I found him very reliable in every step in the viewing and purchasing stages and he kept me posted with any issues that arose under the covid restrictions...I would recommend Joel to anyone wishing to purchase up here

Joel made buying our home an adventure. Best ride ever!
Joel's farming background and local knowledge about the Far North and its community was definitely a huge advantage.
