Joel is a great communicator. He answered my many emails promptly and we were always kept in the loop with what was happening. It was a pleasure and very stress free purchasing land through Joel. We are currently working in Australia- so it all had to happen remotely and we had to have an agent we trusted. Joel understood what sort of property we wanted and delivered. Not only is Joel great at his job, he’s also a nice bloke. Would definitely recommend.
