I have not sold a lot of houses so am not fully familiar with the processes involved, at no time was any question a silly question, everything Richard covered with me was in a language I could understand. Richard was in constant contact with updates and I never doubted that he was working with the highest level of integrity and always with my best interests at heart. The communication from any other member of the team was always friendly and efficient. Overall the experience of selling my property, although stressful at times due to the market was made so much easier due to the confidence I had with Richard and his team, their open and honest communication and how easy it was to deal with them. It was also lovely to see how happy Richard was for me, when the property was finally sold.

From the minute I walked into the open home that Hugo was hosting I felt supported, guided and absolutely no pressure. Hugo was not pushing but he sure knows how to sell a house. He was informative, extremely responsive and made the process of buying my first home super stress free. Hugo was flexible and ensured I knew everything there was to know. It felt like a very smooth process and everything moved like clockwork. She was an awesome go-to between me and the vendors, and she was so quick, too! She gave a very strong sense of integrity and was incredibly personable and warm. I thought she did a great job of marketing the home (it clearly worked) and removing any roadblocks I as a buyer had. Not that I plan to buy anytime soon, but if I do, I know that with Melissa I'll be communicating with a straight-talking, honest agent.

Melissa is so easy to get on with, very down to earth. Her brightness and positivity, takes any of your concerns away. Her communication is always on, she always looks incredible and professional. She has this amazing drive and is so integral in the way she works. She is very trustworthy and that is a huge thing, in today's world. She adapts quickly to any changes that might take place for you and settles any anxiety. Melissa has taught me so much and is really an inspiration to all women.
