I have not sold a lot of houses so am not fully familiar with the processes involved, at no time was any question a silly question, everything Richard covered with me was in a language I could understand. Richard was in constant contact with updates and I never doubted that he was working with the highest level of integrity and always with my best interests at heart. The communication from any other member of the team was always friendly and efficient. Overall the experience of selling my property, although stressful at times due to the market was made so much easier due to the confidence I had with Richard and his team, their open and honest communication and how easy it was to deal with them. Hugo was so good to work with. He knew a lot about the market and always kept a positive attitude with us. If we had any concerns or queries, he was quick to phone us and talk us through what was going on and always explained things really well.
