Vinay was a referral but on meeting him l could see he had what it took. Vinay's market knowledge was exceptional. What stood out to me about Vinay was his straight shooting - he told it how it was. He came through for us in the tough Wellington housing market. While the market wasn't in our favor, Vinay always maintained a super positive attitude toward us and the sale of the property. he was always professional and always, always responded to any questions we had, without delay.
