Jane contacted me after I sought recommendations from agent finder. She introduced herself and we made appointment to chat via whatsapp. From the very first acquantance, she was reassuring and answered all my queries. I had many queries as I was unfamiliar with the sale process and requirements in New Zealand. I felt more assured after chatting with her. She was professional, approachable, pleasant and very patient. She was able to communicate clearly and explain in great details the answers to my queries. As I did not know any lawyer in NZ, I also sought her help to recommend me some lawyers who could help me with the legal process of the sale transaction. Thus with her help, I was able to engage the legal services needed to help me with the sale. She was able to secure a buyer within less than a month after listing the unit. She liased directly with the staging vendor and my property manager to get the unit listed and viewed by potential buyers. She gave useful advices and provided relevant suggestions whenever there were issues during the sale process. Kudos to her and her tenacity, that the sale process was able to be completed as planned. She is highly recommended, esp. for those oversea investors who are looking for someone trustworthy to sell their properties in NZ.

Layne helped me into my first ever property. I am so grateful. When i viewed the property she had put her own personal touch on the viewing by playing music and burning candles. It made the experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable. She was kind, warm, helpful, professional and fully prepared with all of the documents i needed to make a fully informed decision.
