Shelley listened, gave us options and left it up to us to work out what we wanted to do.

This sale was not a straight forward sale as the property was owned by 3 people with none living in New Plymouth, Prior to the place going onto the market there were a number of things that needed fixing and Shelley was only to willing to assist in getting the property ready for market. Once it was on the market she kept the 3 of us informed all the way through as to what was happening. There were a few hiccups along the way with Solicitor approval and buyers finance but she remained focused and steadfast acting in what we believe to be in our best interests. she was able to put a deal together and both the seller and the buyer were happy with the outcome. Shelley is a genuinely lovely person to deal with and would reccomend her to any person either wanting to buy or sell their property.

Carley made selling my house a fun, no stress experience.

Carley knew the best tactic for selling my home and got a great result very quickly. I trusted her expertise when it came to how to present the home and it paid off. Her communication was amazing. Even keeping things clear between myself, purchaser and both solicitors. Carley also went above and beyond when I was out of town to make sure the rubbish bin was put out on the kerb side! The whole process had been very low stress, fun even.

Shelley made the process so easy.

Shelley responds to emails very fast, very good communicator keeping us in the loop at all times. She has a lot of good contacts the she put us in touch with, including registered valuation reports, building inspection report, quotes from local builders.
