Sonya was great at communication she kept us up to date every step of the way either by phone or email. Her marketing knowledge was great advising us of what the houses in our area had sold for and also what we should expect for our home going on the age, area etc. Also negotiating with us and the vendor was done very quickly once they showed interest in buying. This year things came full circle after buying my first home through Shannan five years ago, when she sold it for me in April this year! As with most agents the current market information relating to my property was very well covered but Laurel also had good knowledge of building styles and designs from the era of when my house was built.
