Great Communication and Guidance from Start to Finish
Communication was excellent throughout. Zay was proactive in following up and even offered additional viewings in her own time, which I really appreciated. I was initially hesitant about the property, but my wife was keen, and Zay’s knowledge and guidance helped me see its potential—something I’m very glad I didn’t pass up. She clearly has strong experience, works well with all parties involved, and made the process of meeting the bank’s conditions and securing finance much easier. While I’m not planning another purchase in the near future, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again if the opportunity came up.

A smooth process.
