I initially contacted Steve because I had used Harcourts to buy my property 25 years ago. Steve is very knowledgeable in the property market and was always friendly and eager to help with my sale. Even though the finalisation took a long time and had many setbacks, Steve (as well as his staff) were always there for me. The resulting successful sale in spite of the setbacks is witness to their tenacity and patience.

Steve was willing to sit down with us and explain the system. We decided on the tender process and 3 open home days. His team were always in contact before and after. A successful sale was the result.

Steve was clear with communication, provided good feedback and clarity on what was required re presentation of the home for sale, supportive and encouraging. Completion of paperwork was done with items explained and clarified during the process. Very easy to deal with.
