Dealing with Toby and the team was a breeze right from the start. Good honest people with a straight up approach. Toby was more than happy to come out to site and give an honest evaluation of where the property sat in the current market and he exceeded that. Toby is an under promise and over deliver sort of guy! We had great comms with the team the entire time the section was under contract with them. Would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future for sure!
