As the mud covered Hilux pulled up I immediately felt at ease knowing we were about to deal with a real person. Toby's open and friendly manor made the whole process an absolute pleasure. From the moment Toby opened his ute door it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. He spoke as though he knew the seller personally and the property intimately. He then went on to negotiate on our behalf around an issue we raised leaving no doubt that he had everyones best interests at heart. I believe many agents, if not sales people in general, could learn a lot from Toby. Thanks mate
