Sophie was always quick to respond , answered all my questions with good back up . She never pressured me when she noticed I was struggling if it was the right decision for me . That’s where she was patient. She encouraged me that the sticking points weren’t so bad and how to overcome them. She pointed me in the direction of quotes for blinds that I could afford and introduced me to the rental agent Alex Bradley and those girls work so well together. They helped me all the way and never made me feel bad for things I couldn’t do . It’s been a pleasure!!
