As a first home buyer Elisha was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the home buying process. From making an offer, negotiating, through to the final stages of purchase. During this time I was working out of cell coverage, which was happily accommodated. Good negotiation skills resulting in a fair result for both parties. There were a couple hiccups along the way (through no fault of hers) which she navigated without issue. I would highly recommend Elisha for anyone buying or selling. Sophie was always quick to respond , answered all my questions with good back up . She never pressured me when she noticed I was struggling if it was the right decision for me . That’s where she was patient. She encouraged me that the sticking points weren’t so bad and how to overcome them. She pointed me in the direction of quotes for blinds that I could afford and introduced me to the rental agent Alex Bradley and those girls work so well together. They helped me all the way and never made me feel bad for things I couldn’t do . It’s been a pleasure!!

After engaging Harcourts to sell my farm the team moved quickly to get the paperwork done and with photos taken we were able to go to market in a timely manner. They let me know weekly by email & phone conversations how many viewings there had been & how they felt those viewings went.
