Awesome. Katie and the Harcourts team made the purchase process easy and enjoyable.
Katie’s advice, knowledge and communication was perfect. Our queries and request were always responded to in a really timely and positive manner. Communication during the purchase process was great, and Katie helped facilitate all the requirements around LIM, legals, building report, and comms with the vendor. Selling in a declined market
Katie and the Harcourts Pauanui team did a fantastic job selling our house … the communication … photos … video and narrative made for compelling viewing and while we were largely absent during the process we knew we weee in good hands as we had purchased from Katie and the Harcourts Pauanui team some months prior … so we knew that our place was in safe and competent hands as we had experienced first hand how good these guys are selling a property by us buying a property off them … 5 stars all round 👍

Been looking for ages

HARCOURTS PAUANUI - REVIEW
When the time came to sell our property in Pauanui we met with a number agents. Alyce was hands down our preferred choice. From our initial meeting we found her to be professional, knowledgeable of the Pauanui market and genuinely enthusiastic about our property and what it could offer to a vendor. Regular and detailed communication with regards to feedback post open homes and the market in general was excellent. Worthy to also note that Alyce & her team all went the extra mile when Pauanui encountered the cyclone in February – taking time to check our property and reporting back that all was ok. We highly recommend Alyce and her team to anybody looking to buy or sell.
