Local knowledge
Katie showed us every available option that was available in the Waterways, along with the pluses and minus's of each, until the most appropriate became quite apparent. As a long time locals, both Katie and Alyce have the local knowledge and enthusiasm that made all the difference, and by working as a team made sure to work with our schedule. Katie encouraged us to compete in the auction process, and we're extremely pleased to have been successful.

Knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. From a ‘purchaser point of view’, the team have been extremely good at supporting us through the process; from viewings to settlement.
