Up for the challenge!!!
Up for the challenge - that's how I would describe Alyce & Katie (supported by their great Pauanui Harcourts team)!! We've just sold and bought again through Alyce and Katie at Harcourts Pauanui, and couldn't be happier with the service they both provided us. From day one they have kept us informed, given us good guidance based on feedback from open homes and remained enthusiastic throughout the process. The Harcourts team offer the full package - full of good advice, offer access to great local services and above all, were always super responsive and upbeat. Both of them have that genuine friendly personality that you want (and need) while remaining calm, professional, and focussed at the right time. A Truly Lovely Agent to Work With
We recently purchased a holiday home and had the pleasure of working with Alyce throughout the process. She was friendly, honest, and genuinely lovely to deal with from start to finish. Excellent communication. Totally professional.
Katie and Alyce were easy to communicate with. Each open home had the house looking lived in with outdoor cushions placed out and blinds opened. Katie and Alyce presented the house to market in the best possible light. They worked in our best interest in mind. It was a seamless process.

Excellent Team
We both found Alyce and Katie excellent to work with. They were a very professional team. They were great at communication and kept us up to date every step of the way! They went the extra mile helping us with bits and pieces with our photo shoot as we were unable to be there. It was a far easier process than we anticipated and they definitely know how to close a sale leaving both parties satisfied. We highly recommend them!

Perfect combo of professionalism and communication
Hard to fault the experience we had with Katie and Alyce from Harcourts Pauanui. Very helpful from the outset with information about the property and made sure we had all we needed leading into the auction. Kept calm and helpful during the auction with two of us both dialling in remotely and then showed great patience and persistence in the week long negotiations that followed. No issue when Katie called in Alyce to help and then managed to help us close out the deal. Post purchase, went out of their way to assist with inspections and access and the occasional follow up query. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in Pauanui!

Professional, Energetic and Driven
From meeting Alyce and Katie we were really impressed with their approach to selling our family bach in a tricky market. They had great market knowledge, high energy and their process is what sets them apart. Their communication was fabulous and we were kept in the loop at all times which was so comforting given we were selling from a distance. We had a busy campaign and 4 registered bidders at auction which is incredible, especially in the current Pauanui market - we ended up selling to the highest bidder in a post-auction negotiation a week later. I would highly recommend Alyce and her team at Harcourts over and over again. They were a pleasure to deal with and we felt we were in safe, strong hands.
