Helpful and professional every step of the sale process journey
Great advice on the marketing plan and advertising package and huge effort to make the sale happen to enable us to move on in the timeframe required in a difficult market. Always responsive to queries and knowledgeable on the legal process/documents which was helpful when our own conveyancing solicitor was not up to par. Our sudden decision to sell after finally finding a suitable property in our preferred location came at an inconvenient time...we were 2 days away from a 4 week overseas holiday. Alyce and the team stepped in and seamlessly took care of the whole sales and marketing process while keeping us informed with regular updates. They also liaised with our purchasing real estate agent and our solicitor to ensure everything was aligned for a seamless transition. Our thanks to Alyce, Katie and the team.

The seamless manner in which the team work together is truly impressive, fitting around our schedules to ensure property viewings were available when we needed them. Superstar experience in a tough market
