We were in the invidious position of buying at market peak, then deciding to sell to buy another property in Pauanui when the market had softened considerably. Katie didn't lose enthusiasm, staged the property and eventually achieved a result we could live with. We never lost confidence in either Katie and Alyce, knowing they were always acting in our best interest. Their communication was always fabulous, and they'd always take the "extra step' when appropriate. We would use Harcourts Pauanui again.

The Harcourt girls have helped us buy and sell 5 properties in Pauanui over a period of time. Recently they achieved the sale of our bigger home, which has meant we can downsize and spend more time doing the things we love and spending time with family overseas. Their patience but quiet perseverance, and knowledge of the markets and community all helped us achieve our goal. The girls and their team are friendly, personable and go above and beyond.
