Making the best during difficult times

We were in the invidious position of buying at market peak, then deciding to sell to buy another property in Pauanui when the market had softened considerably. Katie didn't lose enthusiasm, staged the property and eventually achieved a result we could live with. We never lost confidence in either Katie and Alyce, knowing they were always acting in our best interest. Their communication was always fabulous, and they'd always take the "extra step' when appropriate. We would use Harcourts Pauanui again.

Helped us achieve our long term goal

The Harcourt girls have helped us buy and sell 5 properties in Pauanui over a period of time. Recently they achieved the sale of our bigger home, which has meant we can downsize and spend more time doing the things we love and spending time with family overseas. Their patience but quiet perseverance, and knowledge of the markets and community all helped us achieve our goal. The girls and their team are friendly, personable and go above and beyond. Alyce was Always Available

Alyce was always professional. She was always more than happy to return to a site more than once, to organise site visits to accommodate out of town family support, often at quite short notice. Her communication style is warm and friendly and respectful to all involved. Her balance between providing information, making helpful suggestion, and standing back so I had time to think was perfect. Ours was a difficult assignment with challenging requirements and a restricted budget. I saw no properties that did not have something to offer. Alyce’s knowledge of her local community is impressive. Anything she didn’t know, The Lakes, being a more than usual property area to work in, she researched. She provided verbal feedback and written information in short order. She provided competent and patient support with, what for us was the challenging technical requirements of purchasing a home. All and all we could not have been better served and that includes the rest of the team. A special thanks to all of them.

Extremely professional
