Where do I start? A little background: I'm a solo parent with a tight budget and a bunch of non-negotiables. My pre-approval was nearing its expiration date, and I was close to giving up hope on my dream of homeownership. I met Danielle at one of her open homes. She was so inviting, even though the home we were viewing that day was out of my budget. But that didn't stop Danielle from extending her support. Within that weekend, she had reached out to understand my requirements. Not once did she try to persuade me or push me outside of my comfort zone. She was 100% understanding and supportive. We spent countless weekends looking at homes, and she always ensured it worked within my availability. We put in a couple of unsuccessful offers (due to my budget), but today, I went unconditional on my first home, all thanks to the guidance and support I received. I can't thank her enough for her patience with us. I don't know if I could have actually made it this far without her. I can't recommend her enough to anyone, especially if you're a first-time home buyer. It's a daunting process, and having someone like Danielle by your side every step of the way makes a scary process not so scary.

It's tough years that separate good agents from the rest - and boy have market conditions in 2024 been tough. With so much choice and bargains to be had, for my property fitting in the bottom of the 3-bedroom price range, most buyers would look past my property to grab the next best (more expensive) thing - and that's tough! Raj's expertise ensured we had the right marketing strategies in place to keep getting people viewing the property week-after-week - no wasted weekends. When things started to slow, Raj would notice proactively offer solutions to boost our marketing - and they worked! And one week, we had private viewings almost every evening - talk about grabbing every opportunity! In the end, Raj's persistence resulted in a sale to two very excited first home buyers. They looked at our house over a month ago - and with Raj keeping in contact with them, he eventually managed to convince them to buy.
