Where do I start? A little background: I'm a solo parent with a tight budget and a bunch of non-negotiables. My pre-approval was nearing its expiration date, and I was close to giving up hope on my dream of homeownership. I met Danielle at one of her open homes. Grace was definitely a God sent gift in our journey. We are first home buyers and the house buying process was not a smooth one to begin with. After months of trekking up and down to view houses that didnt always meet our needs, contacting unresponsive agents and not always knowing what to ask at an open home, we found a house we liked and Grace happened to be the vendor's agent for that house. While we didnt buy that particular house, Grace introduced us to the idea of a buyer's agent and for us as buyers, she truly was the best agent.
