Harsh and Ash were knowledgable and although the sale prices was lower than expectation, it was the market that dictated this as opposed to the agents. Harsh and Ash gave us sound advise to market the property and we found them to be very effective agents with very good communication throughout. As we don't live in Auckland we needed this and could count on Harsh and Ash to give us the advise and information required.

Grace was definitely a God sent gift in our journey. We are first home buyers and the house buying process was not a smooth one to begin with. After months of trekking up and down to view houses that didnt always meet our needs, contacting unresponsive agents and not always knowing what to ask at an open home, we found a house we liked and Grace happened to be the vendor's agent for that house. While we didnt buy that particular house, Grace introduced us to the idea of a buyer's agent and for us as buyers, she truly was the best agent. Grace is very responsive and communicative and is amazing to deal with. She curated open home viewings each weekend for us and attended each and every one of them asking questions we would not have thought of to the vendor's agent.
