Since the property was located in New Zealand and I reside in Australia, communication could have easily been difficult due to the time difference, especially during daylight savings. However, Shelza always made herself available to keep me updated on the progress of the sale, even when it meant taking calls very late at night. Her dedication and commitment never went unnoticed. From start to finish, Shelza consistently went above and beyond to help in any way she could. The property belonged to my mother, who was preparing to move to Australia for retirement, and both Shelza and Craig provided support well outside the scope of a normal sales agreement. They assisted with staging the home, helping sell a vehicle, and many other tasks that purely benefited my mother without any personal gain to themselves. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful process so much easier for our family.
