Grace was definitely a God sent gift in our journey. We are first home buyers and the house buying process was not a smooth one to begin with. After months of trekking up and down to view houses that didnt always meet our needs, contacting unresponsive agents and not always knowing what to ask at an open home, we found a house we liked and Grace happened to be the vendor's agent for that house. While we didnt buy that particular house, Grace introduced us to the idea of a buyer's agent and for us as buyers, she truly was the best agent. Grace is very responsive and communicative and is amazing to deal with. She curated open home viewings each weekend for us and attended each and every one of them asking questions we would not have thought of to the vendor's agent. Having one person to talk to, rather than multiple agents flooding our inbox was definitely a stress reliever. If you are thinking of getting a buyers agent here is my advise to you...dont think, call Grace. She will take the time to understand your needs as buyers and she will take the stress off the buying process. My experiences with Gracie was excellent more than excellent. It was my frist home I was lost and dont no where and how to search i was going from one sid of Auckland to other side for viewing home. Soo stressful 🤯 was that. Tell I introduced with my angel 😇 Gracie.
