I would characterize David as occupying the "Goldilocks Zone" – striking a perfect balance between not being too pushy and not being too distant. As this was my first home purchase, his assistance during viewing was invaluable; I genuinely felt his support without any sense of distraction. Having attended numerous open homes and auctions over the years, I must emphasize that David's performance surpassed all other experiences. Throughout the Sale and Purchase process, he consistently demonstrated a rare combination of being informative, genuine, and clear, guiding me every step of the way. 10 out of 10!

We approached Ben about the sort of property we were looking for. He listened and directed us the the property we bought when it came available,even though he was not the listing agent. As novices to purchasing at auction, the best strategy we employed was to get Ben to bid on our behalf. We were able to participate over the phone. Especially helpful when we got to the negotiating stage. Couldn't have be more helpful. Knowledgeable too.
