We chose Leonie and Steve to sell our home as they were local and had been active long enough to have seen tough markets before. Their experience meant that we were able to not only get a good price, but also lots of support and guidance along the way to enable this. From the beginning they provided us with tips and tricks to present our home in its best possible condition to entice buyers in. Each week insights from those that attended open homes were provided to enable us to do anything further and also help with understanding where we sat in the market. When buyers were ready to make an offer, Steve made sure they put their best foot forward to get us a good result considering the market had shifted downwards since we listed.
