Tania managed my expectations from the beginning, listened to my story and what I thought was needed to achieve my goal. Tania has fantastic communication skills as she kept me informed every step of the way, and nothing fazed her, even when my new home’s settlement date was pushed out an extra month, she matter of factly suggested keeping to our original timeline and seeing what happened after the two open homes! Tania professionally managed the Tender Process between two potential buyers and negotiated not just an extra amount on the night from the eventually successful buyer, she also negotiated a long settlement to coincide with my new home, which is still 4 months away!! So I am very, very happy and will thoroughly recommend Tania to any potential sellers in the future.
