Dedicated, professional who likes a challenge!
Stephanie has all the traits I would want in an agent. She is experienced and professional, realistic and determined mixed with a great sense of humour. The sale of our house had some huge and unexpected challenges. Steph went above and beyond each time we hit a barrier and I always felt like she had my back. She is realistic and down to earth and goes out of her way to find solutions and keep customers happy. A Very Positive Experience
The only personal experience we had to draw upon in selling a house was 29 years ago. We needed a real estate agent with the knowledge and experience to guide us through the process and we found that with Leonie Snook. Leonie provided regular updates, gave us helpful, pertinent information at the various stages in the process and kept us focused on doing the things that really mattered to prepare the house for market. Goes above and beyond!
Rod went to a huge effort on our behalf when getting extra information from the vendor, which we appreciated a lot. He replies to messages promptly, and clearly, and we knew where we stood with things the whole way through the process. When explanation was needed, as it was with a first time buyer like C was, it was given with no fuss, and lots of patience! He looked after us as well as looking after the vendor.

Outstanding result

Very friendly and approachable
Helen understands the Churton Park market very well. She helped us understand the property. She has been very nice and assisted throughout the process calmly and seamlessly. The only thing we wished for, was to get the house for the right price, as per the market condition. We felt like we paid a little extra than what we should.
