Having been recommended to Harcourt's, it was important to listen to their advice and recommendation, especially as we are overseas and needed all the help we could get. Harcourt's understood and acted in the most professional, competent and ultra efficient means and standards. They made life so easy. They gace a very accurate assessment right at the outset. Made recommendations and along with our stalwart helper in New Zealand dressed and managed the apartment to a standard that we did not recognise the former place. Every viewing was very fully reported on and followed up. The concluding crown was receiving a number of offers smack on the nose of predictions. What a team, what professionalism. Whether you are abroad or at home in NZ, absolutely look to use this team at Harcourts. We cannot recommend them highly enough and UK Estate / Real Estate Agents could learn a lot from them and your sensible;e systems.

We had a fantastic experience working with Zark throughout the sale of our home.
