Helen was quick to respond, and helpful when we had an issue with the oven. As first home buyers we would have appreciated a little more guidance on the house buying process and clarification of next steps. At the viewing she also told us the house would likely sell to someone else and told us to instead go to some of her other viewings further out of town which we thought was a little odd.
