Being a first home buyer there were a lot of things and terms I didn't know/understand, Alex was happy to answer all my questions and kept in touch along the way to make sure everything was going smoothtly which I rarely find nowadays as agents seem to be too busy to even ring you back. Their ability to suggest not push, question but not pry and leave no stone unturned in our selling journey was impressive. Kathryn was amazing at helping prepare final touches and staging to our home.....it looked amazing!! Team Hampton knew how to get buyers in the door and we had superb open home numbers in a market the media certainly pressed as an uncertain changing real estate time. Communication and showing genuine understanding were key strengths of Peter and Kathryns and this was shown even more so when issues arose with our sale. Immediately they knew who to call, had an abundance of information, contacts and knowledge and did not for a moment shy away from what suddenly became a more difficult home to sell.
