We really had very good experience with Alex in our first home purchase. She was very professional, approachable and supportive throughout the process. She was always available to answer our queries. Since it was our first home purchase, we had a lot of silly doubts and questions. There Alex showed extreme patience and explained things in a way how we can understand. Also she coordinated everything well with mortgage adviser, lawyer, property owner etc. In general, we were very much relaxed throughout the process as Alex was very reliable and helpful.

It has been some journey. I have found Bev to be very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very good at finding properties that met my needs. It is great to now be on the property ladder. It sure pays to do your research on property valuations, as you could spend more money than what the property is worth. Bev was very good regarding sorting out final inspections ensuring that the heat pump was in a good working order, prior to settlement. I have appreciated the time Bev has invested in finding a property for me. Third time lucky and we have got a winner!
