As this is my first time at Auction. I had some nerves and hesitation going into this Auction process. Tim Jenkins made this as simple and straightforward as can be. We still had our tenants on our property when we put the property on the market. Our biggest concern was how to work around the tenants for open homes and a settlement once the property has been sold. Tim understood our situation well and was very respectful of our tenants and their privacy during the campaign. Also when we weren't sure how long we should have until a settlement day, he suggested 90 days so our tenant would have enough time to find their next home.
