She explained things well and has continued to be helpful throughout this process. She was quick in her responses and organising additional viewings despite the added challenge of the property being tenanted at that time. I also appreciated that she was able to remain professional opposed to trying to make a quick sale or patronising with this being my first property as I had experienced with other agents. We still had our tenants on our property when we put the property on the market. Our biggest concern was how to work around the tenants for open homes and a settlement once the property has been sold. Tim understood our situation well and was very respectful of our tenants and their privacy during the campaign. Also when we weren't sure how long we should have until a settlement day, he suggested 90 days so our tenant would have enough time to find their next home. It was our third time working with Tim and again it was a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend him!

We were struggling to find our perfect first home, so we were put through to Alex. Right from the start she made us feel very comfortable and hopeful. Within only a month we found the place for us, and Alex made sure we had everything in place for the auction. That's where she really came in to her prime. Alex was super confident in the auction room and knew all the tricks of the trade, which was quite impressive to watch.
