Jenni answered all of our questions regarding the property we purchased, there were plenty of open homes for extra viewing which we found great for being able to measure things and get a good feel for the house. I have no hesitation in giving Tim 5 stars, he put in the time and achieved a result we were pleasantly surprised with and in good time. As out of town vendor's Tim's communication was superb and he kept us in fully informed throughout the marketing of the property. Through the process we were let down by another agent which was disappointing but was also a situation that Tim handled professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim to anyone looking to sell a property in the wider Christchurch area.

Recently, we listed and ultimately sold our Kennedy’s Bush property with Tim Jenkins of Harcourts Holmwood Kennedy’s Bush is considered an elite & desirable locality, and during our listing period, there were a total of 8 properties listed / sold, which was un-precedented for the area. Throughout the period, Tim was very professional, his communication, follow up and commitment was first class. Our property did not sell at auction, with no bidders at the time.
