Jenni has been the real estate agent of choice for our family for almost 8 sales/purchases. Her knowledge and experience is evident in every one of those transactions. When informing other agents of our partnership with Jenni they respond with “Nice, she’s great” but I know deep down they are preparing to be put through the wringer! Jenni has the proficiency to “go into bat” for her clients and come out the other end with the desired response. She’s not afraid to approach difficult questions to get answers. Jenni has experience like no other, she has been awarded what I think is almost every award Harcourts has to offer and is a true asset to the Harcourts brand. Maintained great communication around progress with & feedback from web-based inquiries, open homes & liaison with prospects. Knowledgeable about & active pursuit of potential developers & well heeled prospects. Agile in working with other agents to maximise exposure of the property to the wider market. Calm under significant pressure on the day of the auction - fantastic team work with the Branch Manager (Jarrod Rolton) & Auctioneer (Mark McGoldrick) to negotiate a good price in the side rooms & then leverage effectiveness of auctions on a good day to get another $75,000 on the floor.
