I loved working with Bev to effect the sale of our property. She was knowlegable about recent sales of similar properties in the area, she was enthusiastic but realistic about the potential for sale, she advised us on upgrades that might help the sale, communicated the proposed promotional steps, reported in detail on every open home or independent enquiry, tenaciously followed up on anyone showing even the remotest sign of interest, explained the auction process and organised for us to discuss the sale with the auctioneer. she also shepherd us through the actual auction and subsequent negotiations. At all times she was professional and focused, however she also displayed an excellent sense of humour which made the process enjoyable.
