George is amazing. We can't thank him enough! His professionalism is outstanding. If we were to sell or buy again we are calling George! He is honest, reliable and easy to get ahold of. Marie sold for our son house 2 years ago and she was wonderful during that. So it was a no brainer to have her sell our house, so we to could experience what she gave our son. Communication was spot on, we knew from beginning to end everything that was going on with our sale. We got snap pictures of shoes outside our home on open days, chocolates left too. She always gave a call afterwards giving a breakdown of those that went through. She supported us and guided us through the ups and downs that materialised during selling. She was truly professional, warm and nothing was ever problem. I can highly recommend Marie to anyone selling and she will be the first person we will invite to our new home.

Oksana was an absolute gem! She always went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that we understood what was happening. Regularly checking in with us allowed us to update her on a couple of hiccups we were encountering and she got onto them straight away. Oksana always greeted us with a smile, was patient with all of our questions and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience or asking silly questions. Dealing with Oksana felt like she was an old friend which made it so much more comfortable and made us feel at ease. Having viewed other properties and meeting other agents it’s safe to say Oksana outshines them all. 100% will recommend to friends and family who are looking for a property. Thank you so much Oksana! We really appreciate your time, effort and hard work 😊

Marie is an fantastic professional. Selling a house is a daunting task, and the way Marie guided us through the whole process to get a good result was brilliant. Marie provides great advice when you need it. She is very diligent in ensuring that as the vendor you total control of the process, but when you become unsure and look to her for guidance, she provides considered and direct advice when you want it, as well as reassurance when you need it. She is also just a really nice person and great to work with. If we sell again it will be with Marie (hope she is available!).

From day one Ash’s professionalism shone through. His energy, passion for the industry ,great personality and market knowledge of our area convinced us he was the person to sell our home. We were unsure at the time, if selling by Auction and in mid winter would be the way to go. We appreciated Ash’s honest opinion and advice. There was never any expectation or pressure . Ash presented us with a fabulous marketing package and weekly plan with extra open homes thrown in! Daily/weekly communications were very informative. We have no hesitation in recommending Ash and all the Team at Harcourts Holmwood. Thank You.

Helen was upfront and honest with us on which direction the market was heading, even though we paid over price for the home we were selling and put alot of work into it she made is feel at ease that we could get the price we needed to move on to bigger and better when we didn't think it was possible and true to her word she came through and we got the result we needed. We also purchased our new house through Helen. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have use Peter to sell our home, and the second time we think a record was broken in our suburb (for the type and age of home). Both times we chose to Auction, and felt very comfortable throughout the process. This time we wondered if we would get the numbers through ... but after the 3 week campaign over 130 groups had been through the open homes - a huge result! And to have 6 buyers in the Auction room, helping achieve many tens of thousands above a pre-auction offer, was testament to the excellent marketing, huge spread of interest and the strength of the Harcourt's system. Many, many thanks, Peter!

Thank you Kaye for the resent sale of our rental property. Kaye is an amazing agent and person. She speaks her truth. With Kaye you get honest and open communication and kindness. She goes above and beyond to help, where nothing is a problem and you can relax. If you are Selling or wanting to Buy Real Estate then we highly recommend Kaye.

The first thing that struck us about Marie was her initiative. After walking into the home she immediately could tell as first home buyers we weren't sure what questions to ask, and provided us with various details about the home. We really appreciated this, as many other agents that day had taken a more 'hands off' approach that we didn't enjoy. Marie continued to impress us throughout the journey with her promt and easy communication. Marie was always looking to provide the best help she could, and we could tell she genuinely cared about us as individuals. Marie made the entire buying process easy and we couldn't recommend her more highly.
