Chris was great to deal with and made the purchase very easy. He went the extra mile throughout, including leaving his out of town holiday on a long weekend to make an open home. The auction process went smooth with his assistance. Highly recommend.

Really grateful for the help Chris gave me through the process. Always had my personal needs and criteria at the forefront when recommending listings or going over properties we'd seen. Insightful discussing potential issues to look out for and gave me a lot of confidence in the decisions I was making. Conducts himself in a very professional and personable manner, and skills in the auction room helped get the sale over the line. Highly recommend his services and would definitely work with Chris again

I feel like we truly hit the real estate agent jackpot with Oksana! Her knowledge and dedication to her job stood out to me. Both, I think, contributed to the end result exceeding my expectations. She had so many insights and ideas to help our property sell at a price we were (more than) happy with. I would 100% work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone who wants a real estate agent they can trust and feel comfortable with.

I wholeheartedly commend Marie Sherry for the service she provided in the sale of our Mother's home. Marie has excellent clarity about how to get the best results, she accurately assessed the current market, she skilfully guided us how best to use our budget to the best advantage. This was streamlined by her trustworthy and efficient contacts, eg for staging, photography, building report etc. She gets things down and she gets them done fast. I am reluctant to fully disclose how much effort she put in to making sure that everything was perfect in order for the sale of the property to be as successful as possible, as I don't know how she could possible keep replicating that standard. She however, while being super efficient, was relaxed and considered such outstanding service as being her normal expectation of herself. We got the best price we could have, in a very quick time thanks to Marie, she has excellent knowledge, gives excellent advice and goes over and above in her service. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend her as an agent.

We first met Marie when she was the agent for some open homes we visited out of curiosity. We noticed how easy she was to deal with and she kept us informed with relevant information, so when we had to help my mother sell her home we contacted her to see how she could help. She gave us great advise and helped us through the process, keeping us updated on all that was happening. She was a great help, going out of her way to help us.
