Marie has excellent clarity about how to get the best results, she accurately assessed the current market, she skilfully guided us how best to use our budget to the best advantage. This was streamlined by her trustworthy and efficient contacts, eg for staging, photography, building report etc. She gets things down and she gets them done fast. I am reluctant to fully disclose how much effort she put in to making sure that everything was perfect in order for the sale of the property to be as successful as possible, as I don't know how she could possible keep replicating that standard. She however, while being super efficient, was relaxed and considered such outstanding service as being her normal expectation of herself.
