Spencer managed the sale of my property in a market that was most definately a buyers market. I was very happy with the price achieved. I was also happy with the way Spencer managed the whole process. I selected Spencer as the agent for this property because his personality and style which was one of being honest, sincere, professional and a calm (non pushy) communicator. Spencer is not someone who could upset anyone or turn off a qualified buyer - he has a manner that is respectful, calm and professional at all times. I can easily recommend Spencer.

Chris was knowledgeable, proactive, helpful, responsive, always available for site visits, professional and honest. We had the pleasure of working with Chris to secure our family home, he was fantastic at understanding our needs with young children. We had a few attempts at auctions and offers and Chris was always supportive. We have now secured a perfect home for our family and we are extremely happy with the outcome, thank you Chris ! All around he is the PERFECT REAL ESTATE AGENT.

Max was friendly to deal with, and willing to help when needed even after contract had been signed. He seemed to give a honest assessment of the market.

The market is tough at the moment so he did well to get us a sale, we were also not in the same region at the time of selling so that may have changed things also. In saying that communication was pretty good.

I had a great experience with Max, as a first home buyer. He was diligent in his role and sourced every document I required, he talked us through the auction process and made arrangements for auction day. He was professional throughout the journey, and was never 'pushy' as I have experienced with other agents. Max wanted the best for each party and delivered this, but was down to earth and realistic to the current market. Max is a an asset to the Harcourts team.

Kaye made the process easy from start to finish. She was very professional and fitted around the needs of our family while putting in the hard work behinds the scenes to give us the best sale. After two decades in our family home and no idea about auctions, Kaye made the process so seemless for us. We would highly recommend her for anyone looking for an agent.

Many thanks Ben for helping us buy this property. We have been planning to buy an invested property for a long time, but always can not find a suitable one. Ben acted as our purchase agent and helped us to choose the best one, also during the period he gave us a lot of help, including suggestions for the renovation. Now this property has around 10% rental return, so good! I highly recommend Ben also I have introduced him to all my friends who are looking for a family home & investment house. Many thanks again Lin

Spencer was very helpful throughout the process, not pushy but kept us well informed of what was happening throughout, he also made sure our questions were answered in a timely manner and even crawled into the ceiling space to get some info for us!
